How much does custom software cost?
It depends on scope, but for reference: a corporate website starts around $4,000, a straightforward CRM or ecommerce build around $15,000, and a full ERP typically lands between $30,000 and $70,000. After the discovery call you get a fixed price in writing — what you sign is what you pay.
How long does a project take?
A website takes 3 to 5 weeks. A CRM, ecommerce store or LMS takes 8 to 14 weeks. A full ERP runs 4 to 8 months. We deliver in phases, though, so you can usually start using the first useful version well before the whole project is finished.
Why build custom instead of buying off-the-shelf?
If an off-the-shelf product covers your process, buy it — we'll tell you so plainly. Custom pays off when the way you work is your competitive advantage, when you're paying licence fees for features you never touch, or when your team burns hours reconciling data between tools that don't talk to each other.
What happens to the data I already have?
We migrate it. We regularly work with spreadsheets, legacy databases and exports from other systems. We run a trial migration, your team validates it, and only then do we go live — so your history comes with you.
Is a maintenance contract mandatory?
No. The code is yours and you can maintain it with whoever you like. We offer monthly support plans covering bug fixes, security updates, backups and a block of hours for improvements, but that's your call, not a condition.
Do you work with companies outside your city?
Yes — most of our clients are remote. We run discovery and review sessions over video, and we can travel on site for team training or launch when a project calls for it.
Who owns the code?
You do. When the project wraps up we hand over the full repository, the technical documentation and the infrastructure credentials. We don't use proprietary frameworks or anything designed to keep you tied to us.
